Following a pivotal incident at Linguabee that highlighted the urgent need for greater racial awareness and unpacking, Deanna Swope was hired to assist in assessing the blocks we laid that led us to that place. Her work has been fundamental in guiding our company toward recognizing and addressing the underlying systemic issues that influenced our prior missteps.
